Amazon’s estimated time of arrival is just an estimate. Depending on where you live, shipping can take longer than the ETA provided. If a customer cancels an order because it is due to arrive after the ETA, the customer will be charged the original freight cost and the cost to re-route back to us. If you are unable to accept delivery or change your mind before receiving the unit, you are responsible for the re-route shipping charge back to us, and the original shipping charge we paid.
