Model VT003F vibration plate generates mid to high frequency range linear vibration. It resembles the motion pattern of an upside-down concrete compactor. The vibration is driven by an eccentric wheel spinning with the motor. The machine vibrates in two directions, vertical and horizontal.
Compared to pivotal oscillation type of vibration plate, VT003F can achieve much higher vibration frequency with a relatively lower amplitude (vertical displacement). The vibration feel on the body is much more intensive.
This vibration pattern is designed for users primarily focusing on building muscle strength and muscle tone, and improve bone density.
